Everyone Needs a Copilot ("we," "us," or "our") operates Conversations Copilot, accessible at conversations-demo.ineedacopilot.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

We keep this simple because we keep our data practices simple. We are a pre-launch product. We do not have user accounts yet. We collect very little.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is your email address, and only when you voluntarily provide it through our newsletter signup form.

We collect your email address when you:

• Sign up to be notified when Conversations Copilot launches
• Subscribe to receive product updates and announcements

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal details at this stage.

How we use your information

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you the following:

• Product launch announcements
• Updates about Conversations Copilot features and availability
• Occasional news about the product and company

We will not use your email for anything outside of this scope without asking you first.

Cloudflare (security and infrastructure)

Our website is protected by Cloudflare, which provides security, performance optimization, and bot protection. Cloudflare may process request data (such as IP addresses) to protect the site from abuse. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our signup form to prevent automated spam submissions. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile, used on our newsletter signup form, may set a cookie as part of its bot-detection process. This cookie does not track you across other websites and is strictly functional.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will immediately remove you from our list. You can also contact us directly at [email protected] and we will remove you manually within 48 hours.

Data retention

We retain your email address on our list until you unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list. Some residual data may remain in Brevo's system logs for a limited period as required by their data handling practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent at any time
